This premium TPE elastomer delivers skin-like softness (Shore A 5-25) for electronic toy casings, featuring customizable colors/hardness and injection-moldable versatility. The material meets strict safety standards (ROHS, REACH, EN 71-3) with phthalate/heavy-metal-free formulation, offering high elasticity (800-1000% elongation) and dual finish options (gloss/matte). Ideal for soft-touch toy skins, cushions, and overmolding with PP, it processes at 165-220°C while maintaining 0.88-0.90 specific gravity and 2.5-3.0 MPa tensile strength.
